Mark A. Smith earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a Business Minor from the University of Iowa in 1998. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School in May 2001. Mark was admitted to practice law before the state and federal courts of Nevada in 2001, and admitted to practice before the state courts of Illinois in 2004. Mark is a current member of the State Bar of Nevada and State Bar of Illinois.
